Shipping policy

1) Order processing & shipping

  • Order processing time: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, unless otherwise noted on the product page or during a sale.

  • Shipping times: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 8 business days domestically; longer for international orders. Exact timing depends on the carrier, route, and any customs or local delays.

  • Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on the order weight, destination, and shipping method selected. Occasionally we offer free or discounted shipping promotions—details will be shown at checkout.

  • Tracking: When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.

2) Returns & exchanges

  • Return window: We accept returns within 10 days of delivery, as long as the item is in original condition.
    Shopify supports setting a return window and other return rules that the store can apply automatically.

  • Condition for returns: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, with original packaging or tags intact. Custom, personalized, or final‑sale items may be excluded; see the Final Sale section below.

  • How to initiate a return:

    1. Contact us at stillandrootedfaithco@gmail.com or through the return link in your account/orders page.

    2. Provide order number, item(s), reason for return, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.

    3. Follow the instructions we send for packaging and shipping the item back.

  • Return shipping cost:

    We cover return shipping for approved returns.

     

3) Final sale or non‑returnable items

  • Items clearly marked as Final Sale or Non‑Returnable cannot be returned or exchanged. Examples include:

    • Custom or personalized items

    • Clearance or heavily discounted products

    • Products that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons

  • If any product is listed as final sale, we will note it on the product page or in the checkout process.

4) Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds issued after the item is received and inspected, confirming it meets return conditions.

  • Refund method: Refunds go back to the original payment method. It may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

  • Refund amount:

    • Original item price minus any restocking fee (if applicable) and any non‑refundable shipping or promotion adjustments as stated.

    • If return shipping costs are charged or refunded, clearly explain how they affect the total refund.

  • Partial refunds: May be granted for items with visible damage not caused by us, missing parts, or if only part of the order is returned.

5) Exchanges

  • If you’d like an exchange (e.g., different size or color), contact us before returning the item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange process:

    1. Approve the exchange request via email.

    2. Return the original item per instructions.

    3. Once received and inspected, we ship the replacement product.

    4. Any difference in price, shipping, or fees will be communicated before finalizing the exchange.

6) Damaged, defective, or wrong items

  • Reporting period: Please contact us within 10 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • What to include: Order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

  • Resolution: We’ll offer a replacement, exchange, or refund—whichever is appropriate and available—at no extra cost to you, after confirming the issue.

7) Order cancellations

  • Before shipping: If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are allowed if the order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped.

  • After shipping: Once shipped, standard return/exchange rules apply. Cancellation may not be possible; a return can be initiated instead.

8) International orders

  • Customs, duties, taxes: Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These vary by destination country and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.

  • Delivery times: International shipping generally takes longer and depends on customs processing, local carriers, and destination. Expect occasional delays beyond our control.

  • Returns from abroad: Return shipping cost and eligibility follow the same rules as domestic orders, unless otherwise stated. Customers may need to cover international return shipping.

9) Privacy & data handling

  • We collect and use your information only to process orders, communicate about your purchase, and improve your experience. We do not sell your personal information.
